This Excel file is the output of the results of parameter γ in two-way ANOVA for colon cancer exon array data. Since colon cancer exon array data set consists of 10 patients, 10 results of two-way ANOVA were combined by meta-analysis.
Column A: Transcript cluster ID
Column B: Merged Z-score by meta-analysis
Column C: Merged p-value by meta-analysis
Column D: The result of two-way ANOVA for the first patient. This number is the rank of p-value. Note that if a transcript has 0 rank, this means that the rank of this transcript is lower than 60,000.
